1. Service description

Easy Tax Online is a guided platform that helps Pakistani residents prepare a tax return draft mapped to FBR IRIS field codes. The platform does not file or transmit returns to FBR on your behalf.

2. No tax-agent relationship

Use of the platform does not create a tax-advisor, attorney-client or fiduciary relationship between you and Easy Tax Online.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, Easy Tax Online and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform - including but not limited to penalties, surcharges, or notices issued by FBR.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Tax Online, its operators and contributors from any claim arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

5. Third-party services

The platform may link to third-party sites such as iris.fbr.gov.pk. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.

6. AI-generated content

Responses from the AI assistant are generated automatically and may contain errors. Do not rely on AI answers for binding tax positions; always cross-check with official FBR notifications.

7. Refunds

The platform is currently free of charge. If paid features are introduced, refund terms will be published before purchase.

8. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
